From finance
to connect
I started my career in finance — audit and consulting — but quickly discovered where my real strength lies: connecting people, sensing what works, and asking the right questions. That’s how I found my way into the HR world and found my place. At 36, as a brand-new mother, I knew: I want to take charge of my work and my life.
Ingenium Executive Search was born
I started Ingenium Executive Search with nothing but my network, my experience, and my conviction. No website. No business cards. But clients trusted me with their most important positions. And it worked.
Over the years, I grew into a respected headhunter in Belgium, with assignments at home and abroad. Not by chasing volume, but by delivering quality. Not stacks of résumés, but strategic matches. Always personal.

was born
In 2023, I consciously chose to focus on the essence. During a stay in Bali, the seed for Talent to Match was planted. After years of building my agency, I realized: what I know and do can help so many more people. Even if I’m not the one executing it myself.
